コロッケを作りました！

冷蔵庫に入れてありまーす！

実は今回のコロッケ、作るのに苦労しました。

作ってる途中に、宅配便がきたり

電話がかかってきたりして手を離していたら

中のチーズが溶けてきてしまって

揚げる時に形をまとめるのが大変でした💦

でもそのおかげで、外はカリっ！と

中はトロトロに柔らかくて

クリームコロッケに近い食感になり

いろんな食材の味もして

すごく美味しくできました😋
