I had "Tamase" for the first time in a while. Did you know this is actually a local dish that originated in Nagoya? 👀 It’s shrimp crackers sandwiched with sauce and a fried egg— a simple yet addictive flavor. It was created in the Showa era at local candy shops, and you can still find it at festival food stalls today. 🏮 When you take a crispy bite, the egg oozes out.
