Figs are in season right now.

By making a compote

figs can be preserved for a little longer.

You can eat them as they are.

You can eat them as they are or as a snack with cured ham,

You can eat it as it is, or pour it over yogurt to make dessert.

We also recommend adding the syrup to tea.

It has a different sweetness from sugar. ☕️

今年もイチジクのコンポートを作りました。

イチジクは今が旬の果物です。

コンポートにすることで

少し長持ちさせることができるんですよ。

そのまま食べてもヨシ。

生ハムと一緒におつまみにしても、

ヨーグルトにかけてデザートにしてもヨシ。

紅茶にシロップを入れるのもオススメです。

お砂糖とは違う甘さが美味しいですよ☕️
