なぜ分かるようになるのか？

①沢山の種類のワインを飲むので、微妙な違いが分かるようになる。

②他の人に意見を言わないワイン会なので、自分の味覚に素直になれるから。

③見た目（価格）を気にせずに味覚に正直に評価できる環境がある。

結果

最初から分かるわけじゃないですが、何回か来てると自ずと自分が好きなワイン、どの料理にどのワインが合うのか、自分の好みが分かってきて、食事が楽しくなります♫
